It has high chemical & abrasion resistance, and being impervious, it also produces hygienic joints that needs minimal maintenance.

Tile & Stone Care - Sealers - Solvent based deep penetrating sealer is a solvent based deep penetrating sealer designed for use on marble, lime stone, granite, slate, terrazzo and other natural stone to reduce the water permeability of the surface. It reduces stains, seals with a wet look finish enhancing the colour of the stones and provides a breathable surface.

Ardex Endura FC Sealer - Features & Advantages
Tile & Stone Care - Sealers - FC Sealer is a Natural Stone Protecting Sealer designed for application on natural stone to prevent staining and corrosion from water borne stains. FC Sealer penetrates the interconnected pores in the stone and prevents passage of liquids. Also suitable for use as a sealer coat on cement-based tile joint grouts. FC Sealer is applied as a thin coating that protects stains, soiling, discoloring, etc.
